Physicals

Dear Parents:

The athletic department will be rolling out a brand new system to handle our student-athlete’s athletic physicals. In the past, we have dealt with paper copies. Starting with the 2019-2020 school year, the district will now be using PRIVIT athletic physical storage system. You will find information linked at the sidebar with directions for you to follow in order for you to get your student-athlete signed up and the required paper work completed. At the top of the directions is a help number for the PRIVIT help center if/when you have questions:  844-234-4357. Their support staff is available 8-5 M-F.

• PRIVIT’s #1 objective along with the school district is security and privacy of any/all information related to your student-athlete. The only people with access to the physicals will be our coaching staff.
• MSHSAA has also approved the ballot issue for athletic physicals to be good for two years from the date of the examination. This will start with the fall of 2019 sports/activities.
• All of the requirements can be completed on-line and any documents can be scanned and uploaded using a cell phone, tablet, or desktop computer. Should you have any questions, you may contact Mr. Hunter at school: 660-647-3106 ext. 313.
